- Grab your sneakers and hit the road for a run – good exercise + a dose of nature and sunshine – it doesn’t get much better than that! Fun Tip: There are some great apps and websites to help map your runs and measure your goals – definitely check them out if you are looking for a new route!
- Take your practice on the water with Paddle Board Yoga! The Zobha Team recently had a fantastic time trying this latest yoga craze! Some members of the team were nervous about falling in (me included) but once out on the water we realized it was not as hard as it sounds, and a whole new way to practice yoga! We highly recommend trying this if you ever get the chance!
- Take a hike! There’s nothing better than a good old fashioned nature walk! Find a good trail, take it at your own pace, and enjoy the great outdoors!
